Carrie's Story

Carrie Bacon is an Acupuncturist and Bodyworker with over 15 years of experience, educated at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago. Her journey began when she was first treated with acupuncture for a dance injury. In her first session, she felt an incredible flow of energy throughout her entire body and found a profound sense of relaxation and harmony. That transformative experience allowed her to not miss a single performance, and she quickly became hooked on the power of acupuncture.

Carrie has pursued continuing education as a Nutrition Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, Intentional Cold Exposure Coach, Hormone Coach, and Yoga Instructor, all reflecting her passion for holistic health. Her practice honors the natural flow of the seasons and the body’s rhythms, emphasizing the interconnectedness of all things. For the past few years, she has focused on studying Quantum Biology, exploring how the visible spectrum of light and our intricate relationships with nature program optimal health.

Carrie loves teaching her clients to rebuild their health from the ground up, guiding them to harmonize with natural forces to restore balance and vitality in their lives.
